Sirid Heuts

The instrument, which once influenced her childhood is her passion again today. However, this has not always been the case. After initially studying accordion, Sirid changed her focus to saxophone, playing in different big bands. But after seeing the celebrated film ‘The Fabulous Destiny of Amélie Poulain’ Sirid once more set her heart on the accordion. For the Muzet Royal she arranges and creates most of the repertoire. Beside that she plays in various other projects, like the French chanson Edith-Piaf Duo Piaf Royal and the "Golden 20s"-Duo Schnieke Musike

Ulrike Dinter

In her repertoire with her violin, Ulrike invokes longing melodies as well as fiery gypsy sounds. Through collaboration with many ensembles, she is especially drawn towards the tango: For example with the pianist Ludger Ferreiro in Duo Tango Danzarin, in Tango-Quartett Cuarteto Danzarin or with Duo Alabastro ... she became familiar with the various facets of this music, from classical concert-based tango, to the more modern tango influenced by Jazz to traditional dance tango. Ulrike studied in Germany and Austria. Besides her own performance work she is also teaching violin at a Waldorf school in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
